- Under $99 are charged a flat rate of $8 for standard shipping or your choice of express shipping for $15

DISPATCH

If you place your order before 11:00am AEST on a weekday, you can be sure to get your order dispatched same day, however during busy times we may dispatch your order the next business day. All standard orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day.

Australia Post parcel delivery times will then apply once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Allow 1-2 days for Express shipping and 3-4 for Regular shipping.

DELIVERY TIME

 To estimate your delivery time, visit Australia Post’s calculator and enter the postcode 2759 in the ‘From’ field and your own postcode in the ‘To’ field.

Remember to also consider the processing time for dispatching your order when working out when to expect your parcel.

As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress. To track your parcel and get an estimated delivery time, just follow the link in the tracking email.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 30 days of your purchase date.

 - Refund: If product returned is in new, unused and resaleable condition.

- Exchange/store credit: If product returned has been lightly sampled, opened or unwrapped. 

To be able to return or exchange a product, you must provide valid proof of purchase (e-receipt and HT order number)  

Items listed as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Of course every Hot Tool is created to the highest standards and each product is rigorously tested. But, if on the off chance your brush becomes defective due to faulty material or workmanship within a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, please contact us or the retailer where you purchased your Hot Tools from for a replacement.

1. Start with clean, towel-dried hair and apply a heat protectant.
2. From there, section your hair and work on the bottom half first
3..Use the rotating temperature dial to get the best heat and speed for your hair - thick, coarse hair will of course need a bit more.
4. Place the brush under your hair at the root, and brush up and out until you reach the end of each piece. Rotating the brush away from your head as you go will create volume.
5. Repeat this until your whole lower section is smooth and dry, then move onto your upper half.
6. You may like to brush your front sections up and back, again with the brush underneath, to add a bit of extra movement around your face.
7. Finish with a cooler blast for added shine.You can also use the Hot Tools Black Gold Volumiser to refresh second-day hair.
